I didn’t choose the fandom life,
the fandom life grabbed and chloroformed me on the way from school and dragged my unconscious body to it’s basement.

Glee failure: The spousal abuse storyline. After deciding to tackle the huge issue of domestic violence, they shoved the whole storyline into a two episode arc and then had Beiste only mention it once later in season four. A plot line as serious as that should never have been used as ‘filler material’ or tacked on to the end of a season.

Glee failure: Constant belittlement of Quinn’s issues. Sam told her they were “white girl problems.” Kurt dismissed them as “having a baby at sixteen and a bad dye job.” Finn raging on her at prom about how she had “everything” (while she was in a wheelchair re-learning how to walk) as if she never had to work through real difficulties and hardships for her achievements.

Mod note: Don’t forget Mr. Schue in I Am Unicorn being a great teacher and yelling at a very troubled girl to grow up and be grateful. Not to mention Quinn herself in Michael: “I was the only one getting in the way of myself.”, which erases all the outside factors that have harmed Quinn and influenced her and her life.
a girl walks into a classroom wearing a spaghetti strap shirt. immediately every boy within a 50 yard radius gets a raging erection. the teacher attempts to present a lesson but to no avail, no one can hear over the sound of every male student masturbating to this girl’s shoulders. why couldn’t she just wear a long sleeved shirt
do you have a friend who’s usually a sweetheart but when they’re angry they’re the creepiest and the most cruel motherfucker you ever saw in your whole life
i am that friend
